We’re the team behind AMAC Events Ltd, a Scottish-based promoter known for booking big names in small towns. From grassroots venues to festival stages, we’ve spent years building events that connect people through music, laughter, and unforgettable nights.
When the opportunity came to take over The Attic Club, we knew it wasn’t just another venue — it was a chance to bring our work home. As the third owners of this iconic Kirriemuir space, we’ve brought everything we’ve learned from promoting across Scotland into one place where we can do it our way, every weekend.
We’re here to honour the legacy, amplify the experience, and build something lasting — not just for us, but for Kirrie.
A Legacy That Echoes
The Attic Club has always been more than just a bar or a venue — it’s been a pillar of the Kirrie community.
The original owners didn’t just run events — they built a space for connection. From hosting local football teams and fundraisers to late-night dance floors and live gigs, they gave Kirriemuir somewhere to come together, celebrate, and create memories. When other venues shut their doors, The Attic stayed open — and helped keep the town’s pulse beating.
It became the go-to place for locals of all ages. A space that brought the people back to Kirrie.
We’re proud to carry that legacy forward — not by changing everything, but by elevating what’s already been done.

We didn’t take over The Attic just to run a bar. We’re here to build something that lifts the whole town.
